Last Call for Give Twice the Love Mother’s Day Bouquets! Let the YWCA help you look like the favorite child on Mother's Day with a beautiful bouquet for only $35. Flowers will be available for pick up at either the YWCA or Wellmont Child Development Center on Friday, May 7th. We are offering an affordable price and convenient pick up for roses to brighten the day for that special someone.
At the YWCA, we love nature based learning! Funds raised from the bouquets will help us purchase new outdoor equipment as well as flowers, plants, & herbs. We love to see the children outside and playing! Materials for child care will certainly brighten their day.

Throughout the pandemic, we have been able to serve 123 families in our child care facilities and have remained open at a reduced capacity following CDC guideline recommendations. 100% of our parents are essential workers and over 52,000 hours were worked by our dedicated and loving staff caring for young children since March 1st. We have maintained a 3 star quality rating which is the highest star awarded by the Tennessee Department of Human Services and have served remote learning and school aged students in 5 school systems.
