Changes in Operations due to COVID-19

The health and safety of YWCA clients and employees is our highest priority. As we continue to actively monitor developments related to coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to assure you that the YWCA is taking all necessary health and safety precautions in accordance with the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and local and state health officials. Until further notice, our building will be closed to the public and only YW staff and authorized personnel will have access.

To promote recommended social distancing, YWCA is suspending most group meetings and activities with 10 or more in attendance at all YWCA locations. This procedure will remain in effect until the CDC changes this recommendation. In the near future, most all YW meetings will be conducted via teleconference. Notification with meeting instructions will be sent to attendees prior to each meeting.

We have made several other adjustments in operations and facility opening hours. Below is the most current listing of those changes.

The environment is changing rapidly and shifts can occur at any time so please call or email prior to making a program referral.

Until further notice, our hours of operation will be 7am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. The building will be closed on Saturdays.

To remain vigilant during this time, the YWCA is allowing only authorized persons in to the facility.
